*We cannot handle counterfeit products or similar products that are defective, such as leaking or containing foreign matter.
In recent years, we are delighted to see the growing appreciation of "floating pens" in Japan. However, as discussions about the importance of preserving originality in products continue, we are deeply saddened as the manufacturer and importer to witness the emergence of imitation products from China that closely mimic the design of the original pens.
(Some of these lookalikes, which bear an almost identical shape and may confuse or mislead consumers, have been subject to legal action. In Japan, there have been instances of counterfeit products damaging the Eskesen brand being recalled and disposed of.)
We are committed to ensuring that people are aware that only Eskesen's "floating pens" are the genuine article. To prevent situations where someone unknowingly creates, purchases, or gifts counterfeit products, we, as the official importer, will continue to raise awareness of authentic products in Japan.
Selling non-genuine products as "floating pens" causes significant misunderstanding and damages the Eskesen brand. As representatives of Eskesen, we find this unacceptable and deeply regretful.
Protecting craftsmanship and traditional manufacturing is a universal responsibility. We will continue to cherish and safeguard the products made with the passion of those who love "floating pens" and those involved in their creation.
We sincerely thank our end-users and collaborators for their continued support, and we pledge to uphold the integrity of these meaningful products.
We look forward to your continued patronage.
